SINASTIC (“we”, “us”) is an independent clothing store operated from Thailand. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from sinastic.net, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We use our own first-party analytics — there are no third-party advertising or tracking scripts running on the site itself.
What we collect
Order information — your name, email, phone number and shipping address, so we can process and deliver your order.
Activity on the site — pages and products you view, items added to your cart, checkout starts, and similar interactions, together with your device and browser type, screen size, language and time zone. We store a random visitor id and session id in your browser to make sense of this.
Approximate location — your country is always detected (to show pricing/shipping and to protect the site). Your approximate city, region and network/ISP are collected only if you accept analytics on the consent banner.
Stored in your browser — small values in local storage: the visitor and session ids above, your cart, your consent choice, and the channel you arrived from.
Why we use it
To fulfil and support your orders; to run, secure and improve the store; and to understand which products and channels people respond to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not currently share it with advertising platforms. We share it only with the service providers that make the store work:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending order and receipt emails.
- Supabase & Cloudflare — database, hosting, content delivery and security.
If we introduce advertising measurement in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under Thailand’s PDPA and, for visitors in the EU/EEA/UK, the GDPR — including the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data.
You can decline the precise-analytics described above using the consent banner, and change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. To make a data request, contact us through our contact page.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then reduced or removed.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
